As a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Lauren is dedicated to supporting first responders through evidence-based, practical, and compassionate care. With five years of experience working on a Mobile Crisis Response Team, Lauren, has extensive experience navigating high-pressure situations and supporting individuals through acute stress, trauma, crisis intervention, and complex mental health challenges.
Lauren’s clinical approach is collaborative, goal-oriented, and tailored to the unique demands of first responder work. She draws from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Therapy to help clients build resilience, strengthen coping skills, process difficult experiences, and create meaningful, sustainable change.
In addition to her professional experience, Lauren has a close family connection to the first responder community, with a sibling currently serving in the field. This personal insight deepens her understanding of the culture, demands, and realities faced by first responders and their families.
She understands the emotional demands that come with serving others in high-stakes environments and the importance of having a space that is both supportive and action-oriented. Her goal is to help first responders manage stress, improve emotional well-being, and continue showing up both professionally and personally with confidence and balance.
