o   Recall and write about one positive moment each day.

§  What emotions were present during and while recalling the moment

§  Any sensations in the body noticeable

§  Meaning

·      Exercise (Babyak et al., 2000)

·      Meditation (Dweck, 2007)

·      Random Acts of Kindness (Lyubomirsky, 2005)

o   Select one individual from your contacts list and send them an unsolicited message or email

§  Positively commenting on specifics acts you appreciate them for (Kudos, accolades, commend, giving thanks, gratitude etc.)
