Heidi has also worked with individuals and groups utilizing her bilingual and bi-cultural background. To which she works with the client on exploring the current perspective of themselves and identify a process that will facilitate metamorphosis. Every individual is their own expert and knows what their lens of life is (personally, professionally, and spiritually). In turn, therapy is a collaboration between the clinician, client(s), and other community resources. The client becomes empowered by having obtained through the therapeutic process the necessary information, tools, and skills needed for their self-discovery.
